Shipping:

We are shipping from Monday through Friday, except on Holidays through USPS.

The shipping cost and time are depending on the delivery address.

Shipping in the US is USD 10.70. Shipping to Canada is USD 24.95. Intl. Shipping is USD 89.00

All shipping will signatures required at receiving.

Shipments can only be delivered to standard mailing addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order as long we have this ordered item in stock. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and shipped. The email will include the USPS or tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment online. You are responsible for any duty fees if necessary.

Picking up is not possible!

Important Shipping Information:

We can not guarantee safe delivery to non-USA countries. European countries are usually no problem. Occasionally some Asian country's customs officials will steal your order, but this happens rarely. Other countries, especially if the country is poor or corrupt, it is possible that your package will be stolen. If you are concerned, you may want to find a company that specializes in shipping into your country. Then have us ship to that company and have them handle final delivery to you.

Shipping to a military address works very differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various bases.  Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on shipping to military addresses at USPS.com. There are many caveats listed there.

Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it.

 

Sales Tax:

If you reside in Florida, applicable sales tax will apply.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise please return it by mail service to

Customized or special order items are not returnable.

You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original packaging and condition.

We will refund any item as long it is unused, in original packaging and condition with a copy of your receipt or invoice. A copy of your original email order confirmation must be included in the box with the returned items. Please indicate clearly what item(s) are being returned and whether you would like credit or an exchange by using following form. Please print and sign it.

 

 

Please Read Before Returning:

You must fill out a return merchandise request form to return an item. Please download this form, by clicking here and return it with your merchandise.

All merchandise sent back for a refund or exchange must

  • be unused and in brand new condition
  • be in original packaging
  • include a copy of the Item Returning Form
  • include a copy of the receipt you received with your shipment or by email

 

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item for credit or exchange.

Please send your package via traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is included. Return shipping expense is not refundable.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a RMA number. Please contact us first for an RMA number.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or equivalent model only.

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
