Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Due to certain restrictions we ship only within the 50 States in the USA and Canada. (International customers please contact us).
We are shipping from Monday through Friday, except on Holidays through FedEx or USPS.
The shipping cost and time are depending on the delivery address.
Shipping in the US is USD 19.95. Shipping to Canada is USD 49.95. Both are signatures required at receiving.
Shipments can only be delivered to standard mailing addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order as long we have this ordered item in stock. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and shipped. The email will include the USPS or Fed Ex tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment online. You are responsible for any duty fees if necessary.
Picking up is not possible!
Sales Tax:
If you reside in Florida, applicable sales tax will apply.

Customized or special order items are not returnable.
You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original packaging and condition.
We will refund any item as long it is unused, in original packaging and condition with a copy of your receipt or invoice. A copy of your original email order confirmation must be included in the box with the returned items. Please indicate clearly what item(s) are being returned and whether you would like credit or an exchange by using following form. Please print and sign it.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item for credit or exchange.
Please send your package via traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is included. Return shipping expense is not refundable.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a RMA number. Please contact us first for an RMA number.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or equivalent model only.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
