MOD offers the original purchaser a 24 month manufacturer’s warranty against material and workmanship defects on all of its products.

We grant a 10-year guarantee on the case of the lamp head and the canister POM with regard to material defects. Wearing parts- particularly O-plugwashers, cable and switcher - are free of any guarantee.

Certain items, such as NiMH and LiFe batteries, LED are covered by a 90-day conditional warranty that commences on the date of customer purchase. Halogen and HID bulbs are not covered by warranty.

In order to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty, the original purchaser must retain their sales receipt.

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, negligence, accidental damage, commercial use or abuse are not covered by the warranty.

Floods, leaks, punctures and broken bulbs etc., are not covered by the warranty unless they are the direct result of a material or workmanship defect.

Defects attributed to or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, alteration or non-specified use are not cover under the warranty.

Warranty shipping costs:

The costumer is responsibility for the shipping costs to Men of Diving.

The return shipping costs to the costumer are covered by Men of Diving

Inbound and outbound freight for non-warranty items are the responsibility of the consumer.
